Your therapy is about you.
That being said, I believe it is important for those I work with to have an idea of who I am as a person because that inevitably influences how I am as a clinician:
In my personal life, I enjoy arts & crafts, spending time with loved ones (pets included--I love animals), playing piano, reading, writing, and gaming. People in my life describe me as introverted, empathetic, quirky, creative, witty, and an "elder emo".
